Went out for a semi-class dinner at Swenson's yesterday. The guys were basically talking cock, as usual (that Weechin and Keith arh) but it was funny and I really will miss the guys when their duty to country comes calling. Really missed the class because I haven't seen them in a long time but it was nice to catch up with each other.
Happy Birthday YY, even though I'm kind of early since yours is tomorrow but I hope you had a great time with us today and yes I know you love us to bits. =)
Today started off with YY's birthday celebration with Sonya at Bakerzin and then to a movie, joined by Nette, to see Wallace and Gromit which is really good and quite funny so if you have the time go watch it. I didn't really want to watch it at first but don't regret it. Today seemed like the day I ate lots and lots of sweet stuff. Ugh. Full on desserts. Haha. Didn't have money to buy the higher class Long Island Tea to celebrate the New Year but Dad said something about beer and peanuts. To which my sister said "World Cup today?" Haha. Cos we always associate beer and peanuts with football. And Dad only watches World Cup/Euro Cup. Even those Champions League matches shown on Channel 5 are rarely watched by him unless it's the finals. Go figure.
Anyway, since today is the last day of a very eventful 2005...
I'm thankful...
For getting closer to God and people in PoP cell (Iloveyouguys)
For getting through the As
For having wonderful memories with people in a53
For having wonderful memories with my Mango Tree friends and my other friends
For my family who had to endure me during the studying period
Definitely to God, Family, Friends... and er, haha, Chelsea for making me have a more optimistic and cheerful outlook on things. To show to people that I CAN be happy and cheerful and sweet. Haha.
Because of the above...
MY BEAUTIFUL SMILE IS SEEN MORE OFTEN THIS YEAR.
Okay, ahem. Enough with the self praise. I do hope you've seen a change in me this year (not as grumpy blah blah- I really have been happier this year and I'm really glad about that) and I look forward to 2006! There's really been too too many great memories of 2006 that ensures I cannot name my favourite one but I'm thankful. Definitely.
May 2006 be for each of you a fantastic year. Cheers.
Hope eternal-the waitings been long
It's high time I get rewarded-YeAh
